SIPO and Thailand DIP sign minutes of talks

On March 20, Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office Tian Lipu met the visiting Director of Thailand Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) and her party.

The two sides held meeting and signed the Minutes of Talks between China's State Intellectual Property Office and Thailand Department of Intellectual Property, which demanded further cooperation on operational exchanges and IP protection.

During the talks, Tian expressed that in recent years, the two IP Offices have steadily pushed forward the communication and cooperation in IP field. The SIPO will provide experiences for the Thailand DIP in talent training and implementing PCT system.

Director of Thailand DIP introduced new IP headway and expected further exchanges and cooperation with the SIPO.

In the minutes of talks, the two sides reiterated the expectation in strengthening cooperation and reached agreement in mutual visit of leaders of the two Offices, exchange of IP documents, etc.. [Chinese version is available on SIPO.gov.cn]
