How to register a patent e-application user?

·Individuals: submit identification number

·Entities: submit unique social credit number or organization number

·Patent agencies: submit registration number of patent agency

If using other certification number, temporary electronic application users will be registered, but relevant documents ( temporary electronic application user account shall be indicated) are needed to mail to the patent office for formal registration procedures
