Strengthening IPR protection and promoting the development of copyright-related industries is of great significance to enhance innovation capability and build an innovation-oriented country.

"Therefore, how to perform well in copyright protection and vigorously advance cultural industry under the background of economic globalization is an urgent issue", said Ji.

Over the past years, Renmin University has been committed to the development of cultural industry and copyright cause and gained outstanding achievements.

In this August, National Copyright Administration authorized the university to set up National Copyright Trade Center, which is considered as a platform and main site for copyright trade and a crucial measure for boosting the development of copyright-related industries.
