At the National Enterprises IPR Conference, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) stressed that the national enterprises shall stick to the concepts of IPR competition, intangible assets operation, as well as whole process management and all-round protection of enterprise IPR.
Moreover, leaders at all levels in the national enterprises shall put IPR work on the top agenda, include it into the integrated work plan of enterprises and establish the overall responsibility system of IPR work, so as to exert regular research and special deployment and promote further development of IPR work in person.
State-owned economy is the backbone strength of China's national economy, and the competitive power of the national enterprises is the key element of the national core competitiveness.
Therefore, independent innovation and IPR work of the national enterprises not only has relation with the control power and competitiveness of the state-owned economy, but also directly influences the development of key fields and key industries of national economy and optimization and upgrade of industrial structure as well as Chinese economy's status in international competition in future.
It is the national enterprises' requirements for development to fulfill the important decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on implementing IPR strategy and constructing innovation-oriented country, accelerate the construction of a technology innovation system with enterprises as main body, market as orientation and industry-university-research partnership, and form a batch of advantageous enterprises owning independent IPR, famous brands and strong international competitive power.
