Yuan Lin

Yuan Lin, graduated from Henan Polytechnic University with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation, majoring in Engineering. Yuan obtained a master's degree in Law from Yantai University. During the school years, Yuan not only studied professional knowledge in science and engineering, but also systematically and deeply studied the Chinese legal system. Yuan has won scholarships and competition awards for many times, combining professional literacy in science and engineering with a solid foundation in Chinese law. The postgraduate thesis focuses on the issue of data ownership in the digital age. Yuan is good at technical intellectual property legal affairs such as patents, data, algorithms, and trade secrets.
