As SANY Holding Co.Ltd takes the top position in engineering machinery industry in China, its valued brand and advanced technology have been imitated by some competitors. Therefore, SANY attached importance to IPR protection.
It is learnt that SANY has initiated the action for patent protection and established a special working group to lay out the implementation schemes.
The action focused on the main product concrete pump. Since the launch of China first high-pressure concrete in 1994, the market share of SANY pump has reached 40%.
At present, the working group has started to compile a manual to explain the patents of SANY, protected objects and the ways of judging patent infringement.
