Liang Changchang Lawyer

Mr. Linag Chang-chang was born in Ruijing city of Jiangxi province on June 16,1964 and male,.He now lives and practices in Beijing since 2001.

Mr. Liang studied aeronautical mechanical processing in mechanical engineering deparment at Shenyang Aeronautical Industry Institue, from which Mr. Liang graduated in July 1985 and received his Bachelor of Engineering with highest honors.   

Mr. Liang began his technical career at the Nanchang Aircraft Manufacturing Corp.( the Jiangxi hondu Aviation group Corp.) which is one of the biggest state-owned enterprises where he spent 1985-91. He has had about 6 year's experience with machine and gasoline engine manufacturing technology. He has been serving as a mechanical technician, assistant enginer and enginer.

After passing the state bar examination in1988，Mr. Liang was a full time legal counsel for Hongdu Aviation Group from April 1991. He has been serving as a economic manager， senior economic manage and the director of group legal counsel office during 1995-2000.

He studied foreign trade in Foreign Economic Trade University for business training during 1994.

He received all main pass certificate of legal courses by self-study issued by Nanchang university during 1986-88.

He received bar qualification certificate after passing the state bar examination in1988.

He became an Attorney at-law since Aug 1993. He used to practice as a part-time lawyer at Jiangxi Provice Law Firm.

He practiced at Jiangxi Zhonglu Law Firm since Jun 1996.

He practiced at Beijing Taide Law Firm since Dec 2000.

He practiced at Beijing Ming Tai Law Firm since Mar 2005.

He has been a Tax advisor certified by State Taxation Bureau, Jiangxi Province in Sep 1995.

He has pass the State Certified Public Accountant Examination of Accounting,Financial management,Tax law and Economic law during 1997-98.

He was an Enterprise (in-house) legal advisor, certified to practice by the State Economic & Trade Commission, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of personnel and the DSIC in Oct 1998.

He was Licensed jointly by CSRC and the Ministry of Justice  to practice securities law after passing the state exam in July 1999.

Mr. Liang started his legal practice in April 1991 after working as a engineer for 6 years. He was responsible for legal affairs as an enterprise( in-house) legal advisor for Hondu Group Co., Ltd. and subsidiary companies and as a lawyer for public. Mr. Liang was appointed as the director of the legal office of Hongdu Aviation Industry Group due to his extensive experiences in resolving the corporate crisis.
