OPPO and Audi Enter into Global Patent License Agreement

December 10, 2025 – OPPO and German automaker Audi have officially signed a global patent license agreement. Under this agreement, OPPO will license its portfolio of cellular standard essential patents, including 5G technology, to the Audi Group. This collaboration aims to enhance the connectivity performance and user experience of Audi's smart connected vehicles worldwide. The partnership focuses on a core requirement of intelligent vehicles: high-speed and stable network connectivity. OPPO's 5G patent portfolio will be applied across Audi's entire vehicle lineup, including pure electric, hybrid, and fuel-powered models.
